Refunds and Returns
Refunds and Returns are allowed for purchases on JessicaBiffi.com. However, the following conditions apply:
- Sales on all Jewelery and Accessories are final.
- All other items are subject to a 30-day return policy (from the date the item was shipped) provided that the product is in it's original state with the tags attached and original packaging (if applies).
- All Refunds and Returns are subject to a non-refundable $25 re-stocking fee.
The Return process is as follows:
- Contact the Returns Department at info@jessicabiffi.com with your name, the item that you wish to return, the date of purchase, order number, and whether you would like an exchange for another item or size, or for a refund. A Returns rep will be in touch to facilitate the return.
- Shipping the returned item will be at the customers' expense.
- For exchanges, you will get a store credit for the amount already spent on JessicaBiffi.com
- For refunds, funds will be returned to the customer on the original method of payment.
